Welcome to WorkrSpace ERP! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our platform, software, and services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using WorkrSpace ERP operated by WorkrSpace ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period for a successive period of the same length. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal subscription fees.
Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.
- Use the Services to distribute viruses or other harmful computer code.
- Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of WorkrSpace and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall WorkrSpace, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
Governing Law
